Hey Temple! I’m Sheldon, the owner of Shellscoops. I’ve lived in Central Texas my whole life and currently reside in the BirdCreek area. As a dog owner, I know how important it is to keep up with pet waste, but I also understand that not everyone has the time to do it. That’s why my business is designed to be hassle-free for customers. After purchasing our first home, I started brainstorming ways to create a small business that would provide real value to our community at a fair price. Since I was already picking up after my dog every week, I realized our busy neighbors would probably appreciate a service like this – and that's how Shellscoops was born.

Pet waste is always tightly sealed and double or triple bagged before thrown away to prevent a smelly mess!

Sanitation

I take sanitation very seriously! My shoe's, and tools are sprayed to disinfect them between each job to ensure no bacteria is carried over.

No Gates Left Open!

We have three dogs who are our world. I understand what a gate left open means for you. I have a checklist in my software to ensure I double check the gate before i leave.

How it works:

I Scoop So You Don't Have To!

Fill out the request form down below to choose the service that best suits your needs.
After you have submitted your form, I will send your quote within 48 hours.
Once you have signed your quote approval, I will schedule you based on your proximity to other customers.
When added to a route you will receive a reminder the morning of your scoop appointment, and I will text you about 30 minutes before arriving. The initial cleaning will usually take 30 minutes to an hour, the regular weekly cleanings will take 15-25 minutes.
Pet waste will then be SECURLY sealed, double bagged, and placed into YOUR trash can. If I do not have access to an outside trash can waste will be put into a third bag and set somewhere safely for you to dispose of.

Prices and Services Information:

Our weekly service is the best bang for your buck! Our price range for most yards starts at $55 a month and goes up to $75 a month. Broken down per visit that's only $13.75 - $18.75 per visit.

I come every single week! Even if your day of the week is on the calendar 5 times you are still only charged your flat rate. I do not charge per week.

* A an initial clean-up fee depending on yard size and waste accumulation will be added to only the first month invoice to accommodate the additional time it will take me to conduct the initial cleanup. Your first invoice will the prorated total of the first month PLUS the initial cleanup fee.

Our one-time service fee starts at $50, this is perfect if you need to have a clean-up before hosting a party or if you just aren't ready to commit to having a weekly service. The $50 fee is applicable for most jobs. In severe cases where pet waste has accumulated for a very long time the price is subject to go up.
